Employee engagement, internal communication, depend so much with the top management. No matter how hard we try to polish a leader, if he's not good, sooner or later would be revealed. I don't have any complaint with this one. He's good from within, no need to make up him to look good. No need engagement or communication tactics to make people love him. Everybody loves him. Everybody was crying when hearing the news. Everybody was disappointed with the HQ for how they treated him. Gloomy days in office lasted weeks.  It's him... the first greatest chairman i've ever managed.
